I Redesigned My Weekend Routine

Weekends always left me tired. They were days off, but I never felt rested. The problem was trying to do too much.

What I decided to do less

  • No starting the morning with notifications on
  • No pushing the “someday” list onto the weekend
  • No more than one plan per day

What I kept

A walk, a long coffee, and reading with no purpose at all. Keeping just those three somehow made the days feel longer.

Tidying up turned out to be subtraction, not addition. I’m a little excited for next weekend.
